Samsung Digimax 530 review
Samsung presents its new conception, the Samsung Digimax 530 which is a great camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was presented on the North American market on the 12/2/04. This nice little piece of technology measures 110 x 59 x 40 mm and weights 195 g. The Digimax 530 can be set to a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1944. You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1260 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Samsung Digimax 530 has been set at 4:3, for a total of 5.0 mega pixels. The lens's sensor of the Digimax 530 is a CCD which measures 1/1.8 " and uses a RGB color filter.
Samsung implemented a digital zoom on the Digimax 530 with an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 80 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the Digimax 530 is 1/2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movie clips are also supported on this camera being a very useful function. The Samsung Digimax 530 has an internal memory of 32Mb Internal and can be extended with external storage by using SD/MMC card flash memory.
The LCD screen available on the Digimax 530 diagonally measures 1.5 ". A video out plug exists allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television. Connection to a computer is available through USB.
